Concerning to BP monitoring by nurses in your office , what you have told is a major error because difference between 130/80 and 190/130 is very huge and unacceptable . This is a question about the skills of the nurse who measured BP because even manual BP apparatus does not make that big difference. And if it does then Sir I would request you to please provide didgital BP apparatus for the nurses to avoid these kind of hazardous errors as you said lot of noise combined with one’s hearing ability can cause this big difference . Why are manual BP machine still used in hospital when they are so prone to error also due to external environments factors like noise and thermal variations, why not nurse use in hospital a professional medical grade electric BP machine?
Sir my mother is 47 y old , symptoms- low oxygen Sweating No heart pain, no agina But feel week but able to do all work but yes she feel low energy. All blood test are normal, tmt positive bcs she have problem while walking due to her pain problem in knee. Echo normal Ecg normal. Blood is 9.4 (12-15) She had the same problem in 2022 same symptoms with agina but hemoglobin was low that time (7) after taking blood tab she was fine from last 2 years . Ans same happen now and now dr. Is too not sure and saying ma'am your tmt is positive and your symptoms are showing heart related pls take medicines and pls come ek baar angiography krke dekhna padega . Now u know there is always risk in angiography what do you suggest? Right now she is OK, taking her medicines , doing her day to day work but only symptoms she have is low o2 ( not to low) and feeling low energy in doing day to day work . No chest pain, no irregular heart beats.

My BP is 136/117/104,,, it's fluctuating fast and after walking and physical exercise it increases and when I do Deep Breathing through Left Nostril (चंद्र स्वर) then only it comes down to 123/83/102,one more concern is extremely weather conditions also have impact as well is overthinking and concern about others well being, I feel causes fluctuations, which one is more serious the Diastolic or Systolic ,?? He was operated on by me as an emergency, we did a ascending aortic repair and that patient is a happy man, working full time in Gurgaon currently

As regard bp reading by paramedics, it is faulty quite often.
You mentioned "BP should decrease by exercising". Do you mean it should decrease overtime or during and immediately after exercise?
Immediately after exercise it will be low for healthy individuals

Never ignore diastolic bp.. get 2D echo test done, talk to doctor and strictly control bp.
